Whenever in Salzburg we love to indulge on Schnitzel and Salzburger Nokerl among other delicacies and of course wines from Austria. The last year we paired such a dinner after a mozart concert with a 2005 Franz Hirtzberger Riesling Federspiel and was out of this world.
